The Sandpiper Cottage is an original lake cottage built in 1957. It's purpose was vacation and leisure on the lake that is known today as Lake Milton State Park in Ohio. The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It's 940 square feet has been completely renovated in keeping with it's historical charm and character while incorporating modern amenities. There's an ease of living in this single level home located in the Village of Craig Beach, Ohio. It is our guest cottage, with keyless entry, and sleeps 6 in beds and 7 if you have an infant! The space has a full size exceptional island kitchen that seats 8 for dining, separate living room that seats 7 and three private bedrooms. It has it's own stackable laundry unit and always fresh high quality bedding and towels. The owner/hosts live in the main home right next door and are always a phone call or text away if you need them. We provide a complimentary Belgian waffle breakfast to our guest one morning during your stay, brought to the cottage back door! Our maintenance man lives in the little house near by and is able to help with anything 24/7. We live close by and can help anytime! This complex is a cul de sac consisting of 3 triplexes. Our permanent tenants are quiet and very kind to interact with. Solera's Townhouse is located in Shallersville Township/Ravenna -- a quiet country township close to all major cities in Northeastern Ohio. The townhouse is surrounded by pastures and has old oaks and pines all throughout the property. There is access to Uber and Lyft. There is not many other public transportation services, you should have your own car. House MANUAL: PETS -- Are accepted on a case-by-case basis AND and extra Pet Cleaning Fee of $100 is DUE per stay. WE recycle -- please put plastic, cardboard, paper, and aluminum recycling cleaned out appropriately in the bin under the sink. All trash bags can be placed in the dumpster at the top of the driveway. All recycling can placed in the Blue Recycling bins at the top of the driveway. Please empty the apartment of all trash when you check out. Please put all of your dirty towels and strip the beds you use of sheets and pillowcases and place on the laundry room floor. We have electric baseboard heat -- please turn down the thermostat to 65 F before you checkout. Please conserve electricity -- turn lights out as you leave rooms and turn off lights when you leave. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am.

The kitchen has a two unit glass cook top, microwave , coffee pot, toaster, hot pot, and other necessary items for meal preparation. The cabin has a front porch with a table to sit and enjoy your coffee along with the view. A picnic table and fire pit (wood provided) are in front of the cabin toward the lake. There is an outside grill and forks for making S’Mores. There is a swing for up to 4 people by the lake for watching those fishing or a private conversation. The Log Cabin is private with air conditioning and and heat. A barn visit can be requested where we shelter the animals and if we are around you can help us feed the animals and collect the eggs. We have a Cob Oven on the property that you can see and even use if it works for us, there is an extra charge. We have Shitake logs that produce mushrooms when they feel like it. (we never know when...) The farm is a beautiful place for photography. We the owners live across the pond about a 3-5 minute walk. The Cabin is private. Other things to note A water filter is available or bring your own drinking water. For your safety, shoes must be worn outside the cabin. The sheets are provided for you in the lofts. You will need to put them on the mattress you use when you arrive. This unit has A Sun Mar (NSF/ANSI) composting toilet in bathroom. Parking available for 2 cars or 1 car and a boat. This is a Lake House with a lot of knotty pine wood and a newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom, It is located right on the lake and has a dock. Also has a 2 seater kayak. Hot tub with views of the lake and a covered room on the back of the house looking at the lake. Golf course and restaurant directly across the street, Local bar restaurant with really good food and entertainment is a quarter-mile away by car or by boat as well. It is decorated for holidays & would be a great time to spend time with ur family!

We live on a 5 acre hobby farm with alpaca. We have a 2 bedroom private basement rental with full kitchen, private bath and shower. You could sleep 6 people as we have 3 beds, an extra mattress and couch. You can help do daily farm chores, play basketball on the full court we have on sight, or just relax in a hammock. 1890’s Victorian style home is comfortably furnished with a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining area, large living room and the old fashion parlor. The original house on this farm was built in 1826 and is across from this house. The original family built my house in 1895 and I am only the third owner of this house since it was built. The 1826 house was part of the Underground Railroad, and my house was built for possible use for that purpose also, but since the Civil War was recently over at the time very little, if any use was made of if for that purpose. Tallmadge is a great place to live and visit and there are so many things to do and see in our area it is hard to fit them all in this short description! The local farmers market located in the Tallmadge recreation parking lot (46 N Munroe Rd) June through October on Thursdays, 4 to 7pm is a great place to pick up some fresh veggies and meet the local people. Our house is just a few minutes from Interstate 76 just east of Akron Ohio Thank you for taking a look at our space. We love our house but at the present time are not able to live in Ohio due to temporary work relocation. Someone will greet you upon arrival to show you around our home and answer any questions you may have. Never again will we seek to stay in an Akron area hotel. The house is ideally located to restaurants, shops and located in a wonderful leafy rural like setting. The house itself is charming, beds comfortable, modern bathroom and overall a delight to come back to at the end of each of the days we were present.

Close to historic downtown Hudson as well as beautiful parks for hiking. We have a Metropark, that you can walk to from the house, Wood Hollow. The Cuyahoga Valley National Park is only a ten minute drive. Akron is twenty minutes and Cleveland forty from the house. Our home is in a quiet suberban neighborhood. We have four double bedrooms, one of which is a master with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. There is a sleeper sofa in the study and futon in the basement to sleep any additional guests. The basement has a flat screen T.V., treadmill, ping pong table and fusbol. There is also a closet full of board games. The family room has a large flat screen smart T.V. which has Netflix and we also have a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences, breakfast bar and table as well. There is also a formal dining room, plenty of room for a large group. In the summer the deck has a dining set, sofa, chairs and table. A gas grill is available for your use.

This Cottage is a great get away for a small family. The view is like no other across the lake. The bedroom has a queen bed . An air mattress is available for a total of 4 adults. Brand new hardwood and tile floors throughout with all new kitchen appliances (electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator) and new counter tops. The bath has been renovated also and an outside shower has been added. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer that can be used during your stay and parking in the driveway for 4 cars/ trucks and a boat trailer. There is a screened porch of the back of the house facing the lake and a large 2 tier deck with plenty of seating. There is a large area of sand next to 1/2 of the deck for children to play in. A fire pit and charcoal grill is located in the edge of the sand box for evening cookouts and campfires. A 24ft dock is in during the summer and boating is welcomed on this lake. Great for fishing and water sports. A Note from a couple who recently stayed: Our stay at this lake cottage in mid-October 2014 was fabulous! The Owner is exceptionally conscientious about keeping this property and everything inside it in good working order and spotless. Everything we needed was available in the cottage and a grocery store is located conveniently nearby. The Owner was extremely helpful to us in planning our trip and was available during our stay to answer questions. The furnishings were comfortable and the decor was fun and tastefully done with a beach theme throughout. Even though we were close to a metropolitan area - it felt like we were in some far away and relaxing spot. Sunsets over lake (which we could watch from the living room, deck or dock) were superb.
